WE VISIT YOU
Once we have an idea of what is what you want or need, then we will visit you and check personally, with our qualified, ARB and RIBA registered architects, your own situation, the characteristics of your property and the possibilities you have to change it. We can then send you an accurate fee proposal for our services.
WE DO THE SITE SURVEY
Once you decide to hire us, in a second visit, we proceed to take the measurements of your property with the most advanced technology of a laser distance measurer, in order to transform all this information into a particular project for your own house or building.
WE PREPARE THE DESIGN
Our skilled team wants you to achieve your permission as soon as possible. For that purpose we create a design following your needs and trying to make it bespoke for you. We also try to so it in the shortest period of time so that you can start the planning process as soon as possible.
WE DEAL WITH THE COUNCIL
You will not have to worry about the procedure or paperwork, since we can deal with the council if you need it and this way it will be easier for you to get the required permission to start with the building works.
YOU OBTAIN PLANNING PERMISSION
After some weeks, depending on the type of application we submit, your project will be granted and we can gather the documentation you need to start with the works.
