Project Description:
A businessman and his family needed to extend their newly purchased semi-detached house in North London.
This property consisted of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and a kitchen, living room and dining room together with a garage on the ground floor level.
The changes in the property have been considerable and its value has increased significantly due to the amount of rooms added while preserving a large rear and front garden.
Planning permission, technical drawings and supervision of the works was required.
