Project Description:
As a developer, the owner of this property bought it in 2016 to maximise its potential by converting it into several flats.
Projection Architects elaborated all the architectural plans with a proposal of 4 flats.
The proposed mix of units comprised 1x3 bedroom flat, 1x2 bedroom flat and 2x1 bedroom flat including a ground floor rear extension, a new mansard roof and a new outbuilding at the rear to replace the existing one.
