Project Description:

Our client, who is a private owner, hired us to create the design, feasibility study and technical drawings for the construction works related to this flat refurbishment for her daughter. She needed a concept design with realistic 3D images to be able to visualise the internal spaces, including bespoke built-in furniture, restoration of original features and structural works.

The bespoke 3D digital images made for this project are shown below.

The client was so happy with our services that she also chose us to get planning permission and elaborate technical drawings for her new property in the heart of Kentish Town (currently under construction).
